Corn Flake Crusted French Toast

These are great on a cold winter morning.
Sweet and easy to make right quick.

Ingredients:
3 cups corn flake cereal
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 large eggs
1/2 cup half and half
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 slices of white bread (day old)

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix cereal, brown sugar and cinnamon,
slightly crunching flakes. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
In another large bowl, beat eggs, half and half,
sugar and vanilla until well mixed.
Transfer to a shallow bowl.
Dip bread into egg mixture, then into flakes,
pressing flakes into each side.
Place on baking sheet,
bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown,
flipping after 18 minutes.
