Hash Brown Potato Casserole

This dish is sometimes called funeral potaoes.
Some people call it company potatoes.
I call it really good potatoes.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint lowfat sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pound grated cheese (reserve some for top)
Crushed Corn Flakes
Melted butter

Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together
and place in casserole.
Cover with corn flakes which have been
coated with melted butter and reserve cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
