This is one of the cookies my family
used to make and still do at Christmas time.
It's very messy as you roll the batter
with your hands,they get chocolate all over them.
Ingredients:
1 16 ounce package of store bought vanilla wafers
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup dark rum
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except coconut in large bowl,
Roll into one inch size balls and coat with coconut
or some granulated sugar.
Place in an air tight container to cure for two weeks.
