Italian Sausage and Peppers with Pasta

I love this sausage peppers and pasta dish,
you can make the tomato pasta sauce as
spicy hot or mild as you want, and also
using any type or shape of pasta you like.

Ingredients:
6 Sweet Italian Sausage Links
6 Hot Italian Sausage Links
4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 fresh red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 cups spicy tomato pasta sauce
3/4 pound dried pasta
Parsley
Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Bake or pan fry sausage
until fully cooked.
Remove sausages and
cut in 1 1/2 inch slices.
Saute pepper slices in olive oil
for about five minutes.
Heat tomato pasta sauce until warm.
Cook pasta per package directions.
Drain and transfer to bowl.
Top with sausage, peppers and sauce.
Garnish with parsley
and grated Parmesan cheese.
