Low and slow is the way to do go.
I put about a 1/4" of water
in the bottom of a foil lined roaster pan,
spread the ribs in, then cover it with foil.
Then I roast them at 325 degrees for 2 hours,
peel back the foil and drain the juice
Slather on my favorite spread on the BBQ sauce.
Then I turn the oven down to 275,
replace the foil and return the ribs
to the oven for another 30 minutes.
Then I remove the foil and let them
roast 20 minutes or so to set the sauce.
They turn out so meat fall off the bone good.
