Mexi-Corn Casserole

I make mexi-corn simply by chopping up
a red pepper and adding it to the corn.
Here is a corn casserole that looks good.

Ingredients:
1/2 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 hot pepper pods
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
1 c yellow cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 clove chopped garlic
1 can mexican-style corn

Directions:
Chop green pepper, onion and hot peppers;
set aside. Grate cheese.
Beat eggs and oil in mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients, then milk.
Then fold in chopped garlic,
well-drained corn, cheese and chopped vegetables.
Pour in well-greased 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
