Perfectly Whole Roast Chicken

Or any chicken parts for that matter,
I've had success with this method with
chicken legs,thighs and the whole bird.
Add no water or broth to roasting pan.

Ingredients:
Chicken,any parts
potatoes
Carrots,peeled or not
Celery,cut with threads removed
Onions,peeled and quartered
Seasonings to your liking

Directions:
In an aluminium lined roasting pan,
Place serving size pieces of carrot
celery, potatoes and onions.
Wash and place chicken on top of vegetables.
Season with your favorite spices.
Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven
for one to one and a half hour or til done.
Salt and pepper to taste before serving.
