Six minute Shrimp Scallion Soup

Using Raman noodles is the secret here.
Just remember to throw away that little
packet of seasoned salt they give you.

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups water
1 package ramen noodles Asian flavor
1/2 cup scallions,chopped
1 medium carrot, peels,
4 1/4 ounces shrimp rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions
Heat water to boiling in 3 qt saucepan.
I like to break noodles in half now,
so they won't be so long in the bowl.
Add noodles. Cook about 3 minutes,
stirring occasionally,
until noodles are tender.
Stir in onions, carrot and shrimp,
cook until hot.
Serve with soy sauce.
