Spoon Cornbread

This is easy to make, very good with a nice
creamy texture and a great sweet corn taste.

Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick of Light Butter
1 can Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style no salt added (14.75 oz)
1 can Del Monte Corn no salt added (15.25 oz) drained

Directions:
Melt butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Spoon into 8 ramekins. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
in a convection oven, or 375 for 25 min. in a regular oven.
Until it is set and golden in color.
