Texas Caviar

This is more of a salad than caviar
but I like the name so here it is.

Ingredients.
2 green onions
1/4 C chopped fresh parsley
2 cans black eyed peas
1 large can petite diced tomatoes
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 small bottle zesty Italian dressing

Directions:
Drain cans and pour contents
into large mixing bowl.
Add chopped parsley.
Cut onions and add.
Pour dressing over all and stir well.
Refrigerate.
Seve with tortilla or
corn chips, like you do salsa.
