Baked Sausage and Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh zucchini
1 pound and 10 ounces Big Y tomato sauce in a jar
1 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage
4 oz. grated parmesan cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound fresh loaf of crusty bread or italian bread.

Directions:
Mix spaghetti sauce in jar with cooked italian sweet or hot sausage.
Spread on quarter of the sauce and sausage into a baking dish.
Slice zucchini one inch thick and place 1/3 of the zucchini,
uncooked, on top of sauce and sausage evenly.
Spread more sauce over it and cover with
parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Continue the layering process until all ingredients are used.
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender to taste.
Serve with garlic bread or crusty bread.enjoy.
