Beef and Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 cup mild chunky salsa
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chili powder
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
Crumbled queso fresco cheese (optional)

Directions:
In a large skillet cook ground beef until browned; drain fat.
Stir in beans, chiles, salsa, cilantro, cumin, oregano and chili powder. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered,
5 to 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Spoon beef mixture into warmed tortillas.
Sprinkle with crumbled queso fresco (if desired), and serve.
