Cambodian Pork With Onions

Ingredients:
•3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
•1 Pound Pork Tenderloin -- cubed
•2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
•2 Teaspoons Sugar
•1/2 Teaspoon White Vinegar
•1 Huge Onion -- wedged
•2 Scallion -- finely chopped

Directions:
Heat oil in wok.
Add meat, saute 1 minute. Add fish sauce,
sugar & vinegar, cook 1 minute. Add onion, stir fry 6 minutes.
Remove from heat. serve over rice & scatter with scallions.
