Cantaloupe and Blue Cheese Salad

An unlikely combination of ingredients can sometimes
create a memorable recipe as does this one I made in
this unusual salad of sweet cantaloupe, creamy blue cheese,
and toasted pecans with a spicy lime basil vinaigrette.

Ingredients:
1 fresh cantaloupe,peeled and cut in small squares
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumpled
2 tablespoons pecan halves,chopped
1 lime,for the juice
4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions;
This is really simple,
mix all in serving container and
refrigerate until serving.
