Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced (about 4 cloves)
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Place garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Add vinegar and stir to combine. Add chopped parsley,
and then add enough oil (or a little water)
to achieve desired consistency.
