Classic Grilled Steakhouse Rib Eye

Ingredients:
2 (10-oz.) boneless rib eye steaks
2 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp steak seasoning rub
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
4 Tbs butter, softened
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F).
Rub oil on steaks, then rub with steak seasoning.
Place steaks on grill; grill 5 minutes per side
for medium-rare (135°F to 145°F) or to desired doneness.

Meanwhile, heat vinegar in a small saucepan
over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until it
reduces by half and thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and set aside.

For herbed butter,
in a small bowl combine butter, garlic, parsley,
and salt and pepper to taste; set aside.

To serve, top each steak with 2 teaspoons of
herbed butter and drizzle with vinegar sauce.
