Ingredients:
Ripe kumato tomatoes, sliced
kalamata olives, pitted and sliced in half
fresh mozzarella, cubed
gorganzola cheese, crumbled
red onion, peeled and chopped
fresh basil
garlic croutons
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and toss lightly.
Plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
