Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients:
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
8 oz raspberries
1 lb strawberries
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor (regular or sugar free)
10 10-inch flour tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray
1 cup cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together kiwis,
apples, raspberries, strawberries,
sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator
for at least 15 minutes.
Coat one side of each flour tortilla
with butter flavored cooking spray.
Cut into eight wedges and arrange
in a single layer on a large ungreased
baking sheet, sprayed side up.
Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.
Spray again with cooking spray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
