Grilled Black and Blue Sirloin Steaks

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless top sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick
1/2 cup mesquite marinade
1/2 cup light blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup reduced-fat blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Directions:
Place steak and marinade in a large resealable bag.
Seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F).
For blue cheese topping, in a small bowl combine blue cheese dressing, cheese crumbles, walnuts and bacon; set aside.
Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side
or until instant-read thermometer registers 145°F for medium-rare.
Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes.
Thinly slice steak across the grain
and serve with blue cheese topping.
