Heavenly Cheese Chutney Hors d'oeuvre

Ingredients:
8 ounces plain Chevre cheese
3 tablespoons mango chutney
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
little phyllo cups, from store freezer

Directions:
Process eight ounces of plain Chevre cheese
and 3 heaping tablespoons of
mango chutney until very smooth,
taste and add more chutney if
needed to balance the flavors.
Saute a handful of pecans,
broken into large pieces,
in a tablespoon of butter until fragrant,
and add a half teaspoon of salt
and a tablespoon of sugar at the end.
put cheese into little phyllo cups
(from grocery freezer case),
sprinkle nuts on top,
bake at 350 for ten minutes.
Heavenly, really Heavenly !
