If you like a really good and creamy garlic soup,
you have to indulge yourself with this recipe,
it's simmered with tomatoes and served with croutons.

Ingredients:
1 cup garlic peeled, minced
1 tablespoon onion chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 cups tomatoes
1 quart stock
black pepper to taste
croutons

Directions:
Combine garlic & onion in a bowl.
Heat oil in a large pot.
Add garlic & onion & sauté till soft.
Do not brown. Add chopped tomatoes & stir in well.
After a few minutes, stir in stock & pepper.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
