Matzoh Brei

Serve with apple sauce, jam,
or confectioner's sugar.
Great for breakfast!!

Ingredients:
• 3 matzoh crackers
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Soak matzohs in hot water and drain.
Mix with beaten eggs, milk and salt.
Heat butter in a 10-12 inch skillet over medium heat.
Add matzoh mixture and cook, stirring constantly,
until eggs/matzoh are scrambled, about 3 minutes.
