Microwaved Chinese Egg Drop Soup

This is fast, easy and a good soup for a quick lunch.

Ingredients:
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
1 Tbsp cornstarch 1/2 cup frozen mixed
Oriental style vegetables

Directions:
Put above ingredients into
a 1-1/2 qt glass casserole dish.
Stir mixture and cover with lid.
Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Stir soup and return to microwave
for 4 minutes or until bubbly. Stir again.
Microwave covered on HIGH for 2 minutes more.
Pour 1 egg into a small bowl and stir with a fork.
Pour egg into the hot soup. Stir once.
