Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork shoulder
2 pounds green beans
2 pounds potatoes, cut into quarters
1 head cabbage, cut in quarters
Salt to taste
Directions:
Place pork shoulder in large pot and add water to cover.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for an hour.
Add green beans and potatoes. Simmer 30 minutes.
Add Cabbage quaretes and simmer half an hour.
Add salt to taste. Serve.
