Perfectly Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes

This is one of my all time favorite side dishes.
Perfectly quick roasted red bliss potatoes.
One time I tried a recipe that marinated them
in Italian salad dressing and it was a disaster,
This is with out a dought the best way.

Ingredients:
6 medium gold or red potatoes, quartered
olive oil
dried sage
dried thyme
seasoning

Directions:
Wash and pat dry potatoes,
Peel them if you must,
cut in semi quarters.
Pour olive oil over the potatoes
in an oven proof baking dish.
Toss the potatoes to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the dried herbs
over the potatoes and toss.
Bake in a 350 - 400 F. oven until done.
