This creamy casserole topped with tomatoes and
cheese is sure to compliment almost any entree.
Ingredients:
2 (11.5-ounce) packages Potatoes au Gratin,
defrosted, according to package directions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine potatoes au gratin, sour cream
and green onions in 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
