Red Onion and Wine Marinated Steak

Red and green onion combine with white wine
and the perfect seasonings to marinate
this steak and prepare it for the grill.

Ingredients:
Marinade:
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tbsp diced green onion
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Meat:
2 lb top round boneless steak, 1 inch thick

Directions;
Pour marinade ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour contents of blender into a glass dish just big enough for the steak. Place steak in dish, turning it a couple times to make sure meat gets coated. Cover dish with a lid, or plastic wrap and place in fridge.
Let steak marinate 8 hours, turning every few hours.
Preheat grill and remove steak from fridge.
Discard remaining marinade.
Place steak over hot coals and seer to desired state, or about 8 minutes on each side. Remove steak from grill and let cool 5-10 minutes.
