Roasted Fresh Garden Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 red onion, cut into chunks
2 yellow squash, quartered lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 bunch of asaparagus, trimmed
2 zucchini, cut into spears

Directions:
Mix fresh veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread on baking sheet.
Roast at 400 degrees F. for about 30 minutes.
