Ingredients
Red Snapper
seasoning
olive oil
crawfish Etouffee
vidalia batter mix
non stick skillet
Directions:
Put oil into skillet
make a batter out of the batter mix
1 cup of mix with 1 cup of water
season snapper
dip into batter then place into hot
skillet fry on one side 6 minutes
then on the other 6 minutes
place on your plate and guest plates
then top with crawfish Etouffee
Serve with Salad Baked Potato Rolls
