Baked Potatoes Tomatoes
and Bacon Oh My !

I started out with a few fire roasted baked potaotes.
Simply wrapping russets in foil, throwing them in the fireplace.
An hour later the skins were blackened and the potatoes baked.
Put them in a sealed container and into the refrigerator
to cool down for a few days
Then fried up some bacon to a crisp and removed from pan.
Added the potatoes and turning to brown them on all sides
Along with a cut up fresh tomato, simply the best comfort food.
