I always liked this sandwich as a kid, plain,
that is with three ingredients only.
You might like pickles, onions or ketchup.
Before you eat it, press the sandwich
to flatten the chips a bit so they are not
falling out of your sandwich as you eat it.
Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
2 slices of thin sliced baloney
6 - 8 medium/large potato chips
Directions:
Lay two pieces of bread flat.
Cover one slice of bread with the baloney.
Layer the chips over the baloney and bread.
Cover with the other piece of bread and press
the bread down to flatten and slightly
break up the chips for easy handling.
