Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

I wanted to make some chocolate chip cookies
and didn't have enough flour in the house.
So I improvised and came up with this recipe.
I added some instant coffee in the mix for
an added little taste to make people crazy.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar light, packed
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
12 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
4 ounces pecans well chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl cream butter until light.
Beat in sugars, beating until very creamy.
Beat in eggs, then each remaining ingredient, except chips and pecan.
When dough is smooth, mix in chips and pecans with spoon.
Roll dough into small walnut size balls and place
1 inch apart on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to cool.
