Bacon Wrapped Bananas

I made this banana recipe up one day and they
were the first to disapear at the buffet table.
Everybody liked them, there is one secret though,
you must dunk the banans in lemon juice or they
will turn dark brown under the broiler.

Ingredients:
2 Bananas, firm not mushy
8 Maple Bacon Slices, cut in half
1/2 cup lemon juice
Peanut butter, thinned with water

Directions:
Peel bananas and cut into 2 inch pieces.
Pour lemon juice in a bowl.
Dunk banana pieces in lemon juice.
Wrap each banana piece with a strip of bacon
and secure with a flat toothpick.
Place on a foil covered broiler pan.
Put under broiler for about 5-10 minutes
or until bacon is brown and crispy.
Serve immediately,
with peanut butter as a dipping sauce.
