This recipe makes for a very tender and juicy chops.
You can cut back on the sugar but it really helps to
bring the flavor up to a great finish.
Ingredients:
6 pork chops, bone in
1 onion, peeled and sliced
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Arrange onions in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Place pork chops on top of onions.
Place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top of every chop.
Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of the brown sugar.
Sprinkle chops with soy sauce.
Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until browned.
