Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

This is a dry seasoning blend from
the Caribbean that you rub onto meat.
Let the seasoned meat sit at room temperature
for 30 minutes or so before grilling.

Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced scallion
Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco) to taste.

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
Taste for seasonings.
