I wanted to coat some pork chops before baking
and didn't have any coating mix in the pantry.
So neccesity being the mother of invention,
I put together this home made version of the mix.
I think it's pretty darn close to the store bought.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup crushed corn flakes
1 Tbsp. all-purpose
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground mustard seed
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and use
or store covered in refrigerator.
