Sausage and Eggs
Breakfast Casserole

This is a hearty breakfast dish but is very durable.
It can withhold the temperature changes in reheating.
I like this because it's put together the night before.

Ingredients:
1 pound sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
8 slices bread, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Brown and drain sausage.
Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Stir in bread cubes, cheese, and sausage.
Place in a greased crock pot.
Refrigerate overnight.
