Thanksgiving Table
Fresh Cranberry Sauce

This is a real good fresh recipe to make in place of
or along side the canned jellied cranberry sauce.

Ingredients:
3 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, juice, and brown sugar.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cranberries have softened and the consistency is thick.
