Butter Fried Zucchini Slices

Delicious pan fried zucchini fried in butter not oil!
You can even add a little bit of garlic powder
and chili powder to spice things up a bit.

Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 large zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place the milk and beaten egg in a bowl.
Place the flour on a dish.
Dip the zucchini in the flour,
then dredge in the egg to coat,
then in the breadcrumbs.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the coated zucchini slices until lightly browned.
Remove to paper towels to drain,
Season with salt and pepper.
