Canned Alaskan Salmon
Salmon Shepherd's Pie

Everybody is aware of Shepherd's pie made with beef
in this recipe I made a pie using canned salmon.

Ingredients:
1 lb. canned salmon, drained and flaked,
(reserving 2 Tablespoons of liquid)
10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3/4 teaspoon dill weed
2 cups prepared garlic mashed potatoes
1/2 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place salmon, reserved liquid, vegetables and dill
in a baking dish and mix gently.
Spread mashed potatoes over the top.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.
