Cooked Sausages
or Grilled Frankfurters

Frankfurters and sausages come in a variety of flavors,
allowing you to be creative with this recipe.
Keep in mind that fully cooked sausages and hot dogs
require just a brief warming on the grill.

Ingredients:
6 frankfurters or sausages
6 buns, split and toasted
Assorted toppings, such as
Overnight Cucumber Pickles,
Fresh Saurkraut, onions
and Two-Pepper Tomato Relish

Directions:
To grill frankfurters or fully cooked sausages:
For a charcoal grill, place frankfurters or sausages on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals; grill for 3 to 7 minutes
or until heated through, turning once halfway through grilling.
Place frankfurters or sausages in buns. Spoon on assorted toppings.
