I use red and blue colored bread in this recipe,
that I can purchase from our local bread bakery.
Make by adding food coloring to a white bread recipe.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of red/white bread
1 loaf of blue/white bread
4 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
In a bowl combine cream cheese and pineapple.
Remove crust from bread slices.
Spread cream cheese and pineapple
on one slice of red bread,
make a sandwich with a slice of blue bread,
then cut into four triangles.
Repeat until all bread is used.
Serve on a bed of fresh spinach or lettuce.
