This is a very good recipe for creamy
chocolate chip and ricotta cannoli filling.
This is a real easy and quick to make recipe.
I use this filling inside baked cream puffs.
Ingredients:
3 cups whole-milk ricotta cheese
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped or grated
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Directions:
With a rubber spatula, press and scrape ricotta cheese
through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.
Stir in sugar, chocolate, and zest.
