Crispy Parmesan Potatoes
Butter and Corn Flake Coated

This is an amazing recipe for making the best potatoes.
It's easy and also very gratifying. If you like potatoes,
you will find this recipe to give you a perfect and
tasty balance between flavor and crispiness.

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Clean potatoes, then cut into 8 lengthwise pieces
In a pie plate, combine corn flake crumbs,
parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper
Dip potato wedges in the melted butter,
then coat with crumb mixture.
Arrange potato wedges on baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
