This is an old and very good recipe,
the flavors of the pears and cheese
just seem to belong together.
Try this recipe, it's a good one.
Ingredients:
Firm Bosc pears
Gorgonzola cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Slice the pears about 1/4 inch thin,
brush a thin coat of oil on both sides
and grill them lightly in a grill pan
Slice the gorgonzola thinly and
put a slice between two warm,
grilled pear slices.
Serve either whole or cut up.
