Don't buy the grocery store packaged mix.
This recipe has none of the chemicals
and salty food preserving ingredients.
Ingredients:
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
dried chili flakes
cumin powder
oregano
paprika
corn starch
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions:
You can play with the ratios of the herbs get your favorite mix.
I go with less oregano and paprika and more chili powder and garlic.
But even 1 part of all of them works.
About 1 tsp of everything goes with 1 lb of beef/chicken etc.
