This recipe makes for nice and moist chicken.
Sometimes chicken dries out in the oven,
not in this tasty and tangy main dish.
The chicken is baked with sour cream, paprika
and lemon juice and other seasonings.
Ingredients:
4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups fine plain dry bread crumbs
Directions:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce,
paprika, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Place chicken pieces in the bowl, turning to coat thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken and
coat well with the bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken in a greased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes,
or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
