This is a delicious and easy way to use those
wild Maine blueberries at a roadside stands.
It's a bit runny but that is the best part.
I suggest extra lemon juice and a bit less sugar
to really bring out the blueberry flavor.
It's great for breakfast,with milk,or ice cream.
Ingredients:
5 cups Maine wild blueberries
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 - 2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Wash berries, remove stems,
and mix with dry ingredients.
Sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
You can pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell
or simply heat up in the microwave or saucepan.
