These light and thin pancakes are made using
bicarbanate of soda/club soda in the recipe.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
Filling:
Roasted peanuts-grind coarsely
Sugar
Sesame seeds
Butter
Directions:
For the batter, mix altogether to smooth batter.
Leave for 30 mins.
Heat pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread out flat like pancake. Sprinkle some peanut, sugar, sesame seeds and dot with butter.
Fold in half and cut, serve hot.
