Butter Cream Frosting

This is the original recipe
used to ice cupcakes.
You can add flavorings
and colorings as needed.

Ingredients:
100g butter softened
225g icing sugar -- sifted
30ml fresh milk
few drops of vanilla essence

Directions:
Beat butter until soft.
Gradually beat in sugar and milk.
Continue beating until a little thicker.
